Indian pastries - heavenly stuffed balls, jam packed with peas and carefully balanced spices and new fresh onion pakoras, crispy, fluffy and great with chutney.
heat your tin directly in a preheated oven, middle shelf for 15 mins at 160 degrees c.

Fresh Coriander Chutney - perfect accompaniment to your pastries. Served Cold - remove your chutney pot before heating your Indian pastries in the oven.

A light and healthy curry for all ages, not too spicy this dal is typical of my home cooked suppers, simple and tasty and loved by all the family.
